Today, the Princess of Wales visited the Anna Freud Centre to meet students who helped build the organization's 'anxiety toolbox' for young people. Kate Middleton was happy when she arrived to Anna Freud's London headquarters this morning, where she participated in a series of roundtable conversations regarding the mental health difficulties that today's youth face. Kate next visited a group of secondary school pupils who had been participating in interactive exercises designed to help them understand how they deal with their own nervous sensations. For the event, the royal mother-of-three wore a £3,000 emerald green midi dress by Suzannah London, which she teamed with white Alessandra Rich shoes. Kate's visit to the organisation, of which she is a patron, was her second engagement this week during Mental Health Week. The kids also explored how anxiety plays a role in everyone's lives at times. They then learned and practiced healthy coping skills, as well as participated in exercises to find practical techniques that can assist them when they are nervous.
