And many foreigners are upset and calling it racist and very disturbing that Japan is doing this... even after the "this is a pen video" Which was shown on TBS link here:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qtguUkJ0fWM&t=7s In any case this is just wrong.. .and I am sorry to all my black brothers and sisters who have to see this crap.
